Myself and my fiancée took our dog, Mabel, to All Creatures Veterinary Centre - Warrington, after our previous veterinary practice didn’t meet our expectations. We met with a vet named Patrick, who was incredible. He actually took the time to explain our options, along with the pros and cons of each of them. After this conversation, I doubt that I’d go anywhere else (depending on how things go, of course). UPDATE: Well, Mabel had her surgery today and the entire team were wonderful, thank you SO much. We really appreciate your dedication and your efforts.

My adopted street cat went in today and had the works. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The premises are spacious and modern, with on site parking. The prices seem reasonable. Nothing not to like UPDATE: I had a bad experience with a staff member who was extremely rude (note one member) so I decided to leave. One other thing I noticed was the treatment prices were quite high when your pet required other than the usual day to day care, and I wasn't convinced that some of the charges/procedures were strictly necessary, as opinions varied between staff, and just let's say, it was always the most expensive treatment option that was put forward. If you have good pet insurance you should be OK, but if you don't, beware. Further update in reply: I decided to leave, as stated above, lets leave it at that.

Freddie our SharPei x Staffie is a very strong boy and can be a bit of a handful as he is not keen on getting his nails trimmed. He will struggle to get his muzzle off (not to bite but doesn't like to be restricted). Debbie was very calm and patient with him throughout the appointment. Also gave us some useful tips on nail maintenance. Very reasonable cost.

been coming for years now but recently adding ragdoll kittens to our mad house having all 3 in to have a check up and jabs etc wanted to say how pleased we are that our furballs all got checked thoroughly and were looked after very well and given a clean bill of health , so a big thank you from us and them!!

Upon the devastating news of an inoperable tumour on our dog Lola, the staff at All Creatures rearranged their schedule so that we could have a few hours saying goodbye to her and then be put to sleep in their beautiful conservatory with so much love and support from the staff, as well as explanations from the Vet as to why this was inoperable along with assurances that there was nothing more we could personally have done, which removed so much of the guilt that we would have felt otherwise. I have since witnessed the caring nature of their staff with other patients and pet parents too and would not hesitate to recommend them to pet owners who need the utmost professionalism but also the care which shines through every consult. Thank you to every single member of staff here who made the heartache of losing a close pet all the more bearable by adding one more cherished memory.
