Riley came in for his kennel cough vaccine on Wednesday, he’s very happy to come and see Rachel who always gives him an overall checkup. Appointment was bang on time, no waiting around. Riley especially loves the gravy bones he’s given by the reception team. One happy dog 🐕

Brilliant service, stayed open after hours to attend to our Great Dane, who had a serious foot problem.

I have been travelling from Warwickshire for the past three years to Burford Lane Vets, as none of our local vets could help with my dog’s ongoing health issues. The team are extremely caring, knowledgeable, and put my dog’s welfare above profit (whereas many vet practices don't these days). I’m very pleased with the service and highly recommend Burford Lane Vets to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care.

The whole team are all so lovely and Rachael is brilliant. My cat has a complicated heart condition, I always know that they will look after her well and it is really easy to get her repeat medication. I also love that they have a separate cat area in the waiting room so that cats don’t feel anxious sitting next to a dog!

I’ve been using Burford Lane for over a year now. I can honestly say that the level of care my doggie has received has been outstanding. He recently had to have an emergency operation and I was overwhelmed by their kindness and support. All the staff are fantastic and the facilities are wonderful.

Burford lane vets are amazing everyone is really helpful professional and friendly. This is my 3rd dog that has been looked after by Rachel and she really cares for our pets, nothing is too much trouble and I know Lexi is well looked after when she is in there care. Can’t praise everyone highly enough. Definitely recommend Burford Lane Vets.

Joined my kitten to the team at Burford Vets - Took him for his vaccination and Rachel gave him a thorough check over and was great. Clean, friendly, and nice experience! Ronnie is more than complimentary despite his loudness!!

Would give more stars if possible! Absolutely amazing, walked in without an appointment (even without calling prior) as it was an emergency and all I could think is to get there quickly. The staff was amazing, without any questioning taken our bunny right away to have a look at him and taken a care of him. The same applies to me, they taken a great care of me as I was still in shock what happened, they kept us updated every step and reassuring us with all steps they are taking. This is not a “business” as most vet clinics are branded as these days. Their true best interest is in health and happy lives for pets and they are doing everything they can to make sure the pets are living best lives. Staff is so kind, caring and amazing! Thank you millions from us and from Thumper! Our bunny is happy hoping back at home now.
