All the staff are so pleasant and helpful, only just started going with our new puppy, definitely made the right choice in choosing this vets.

I took my new pet Tiger to Westbrook vets for a check up and to register him there. What a wonderful vets practice. All of the staff were polite..cheerful and very experienced in their jobs. The vet. Was brilliant with Tiger who is 15 yrs old. Wish I knew about this place earlier. I would highly recommend it to anyone with pets. Thank you so much.. Tiger and I are looking forward to our next visit in 3 months time.

I have every confidence that the staff at Westbrook Vets will take good care of my dog. Rhys the vet has a lovely manner and is very knowledgeable and understanding when answering questions about my dogs continuing care. All of the reception staff are very friendly and welcoming too.

I cannot recommend Westbrook vets enough!! Especially Rhys who is fantastic with my Sprocker who can sometimes be a bit challenging with his growling, but Rhys was fantastic with him!, he was thorough and actually cared. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful , and makes you feel so at ease, I would say to anyone wanting the best care for their animal go to Westbrook vets.

I'm very thankful to have such a great vets looking after my dog. They are professional, supportive and have not let us down. Dougal has had a few problems recently, from going blind overnight to a very upset tummy. But Westbrook always had the solution to his problem. I would recommend them to anyone 100%. 😊

Fantastic vets, we moved our cockapoo to Westbrook vets after being recommended by friends. We had been getting very disappointed with the vets we’d been registered at since we got her (9 years ago). Poppy goes in no problem, stands in the scales willingly, something she never did at our old vets. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend using Westbrook vets.

Well having pondered for months on whether to have our 13 month old Labrador Amber spayed or left intact, we decided after having a very informative consultation with the guys at Westbrook Vets to go ahead with the procedure. The day arrived and off went to the Vets worried sick about Amber having the operation done but we needn’t have worried the staff were brilliant with her and us the whole time she was there they took great care of her making sure she was safe and well cared for I would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Westbrook Vets to anyone who needed help with their pets. Thank you for looking after Amber.

So far everything been excellent, staff are friendly, vets have been so nice. Each appointment hasn’t been rushed and the place is super clean and modern. Cannot fault this place. Ted gets lots of attention when he visits.

Great vets! Everybody is so pleasant and accommodating here. Best care for my two precious doggies. Love that it’s local and like to support local businesses. It has a really nice feel. It would be nice if healthcare for humans was this nice!!

Our beautiful 13 year old red setter had to be put to sleep the other day and there are no words to describe how amazing the staff here have been. The kindness and care towards Max and to us too was beyond what I’ve ever seen at a vets before. My mum who is 90 sat in the waiting room crying and the reception went over and hugged her, that’s not just a job, that’s staff who genuinely care. Whatever stage or age your pet is at, Westbrook Vets is just what you need. I won’t be going to any other vets again with my pets. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness and care, it made such a difference to a very difficult time.
