Couldn't ask for a better set of vets, nurses and support staff to look after my pets. They go far and beyond to help in any situation. My GSD Xena-diffucult patient to have her claws trimmed, still loves going in. Chip the long haired British cat, loves lounging on the scales when I am told he needs to be on a diet

I recently took my dog in for his castration and was really impressed with the level of care from start to finish. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, and made both of us feel completely at ease. I was updated by the vet nurse shortly after his surgery and the aftercare advice was clear and helpful. His wound looked great straight away and healed so quickly with no signs of pain or discomfort at all. Thank you to everyone at the practice for taking such good care of my boy!

Thanks to the high level of care received my cat came home today and is on the mend. The vets have been fantastic while he was so poorly. Communication was excellent, everything was very well explained and I was consulted and involved throughout. They really did do a great job, I can’t recommend them enough!

I called Beech House Veterinary Centre for an emergency consultation on a Sunday. The staff were extremely patient, listened carefully to my concerns, reassured me that my dog Maple was not in immediate danger, and guided me through emergency home care. They also made sure I knew that if Maple’s condition worsened, I could call back and get an appointment straight away. Thanks to their professional and caring advice, Maple improved and didn’t need to go in. Really grateful for their support and would highly recommend their service.

Second time we’ve had a fantastic result in an emergency. Our little dog had a punctured lipoma and needed emergency treatment. Laura, the vet at Warrington operated on Charlie that night. Charlie is now recovered all thanks to the fabulous care he got at Willows. Our grateful thanks to Laura, she’s a star.

Excellent service - as always. Took my cat for her vaccinations and the staff couldn’t have been kinder, one person even went to the trouble to find a blanket to cover my cat carrier as my cat gets stressed at anything out of the ordinary. The vet was thorough, competent and friendly and even offered to help me carry the cat carrier. Service here is ‘above and beyond! Thank you.
