We’ve been registered for years with ours dogs, all being more than happy to go to the vets until our ridgeback who is scared stiff, the vets have been very patient with her ..going out of their way to try & settle her. She recently had her yearly jabs, the vet came outside to her as she wouldn’t go in,.she gave her treats & made a fuss before and more importantly after so hopefully next time will be easier 🤞they always offer for me to pop in with her so she gets used to going in & not having nasty experience's..☺️

Culcheth vet surgery are just lovely Thankfully only had to use for their services so far for annual vaccinations and flea/wormer treatment but they treated Marvin with great care and consideration as he was clearly anxious. Easy to book online appointment and the text reminder service is brilliant Thank you for all you do
