Misty loved her consultation with Kate, she felt so at ease and so did I! Bought her some toys which have lasted very well normally she destroys them in two seconds. Coming for a follow up soon and we are excited!

We had our first visit this morning and the whole experience was excellent. Staff were supportive and sympathetic. Waiting room was calm and spacious. We were informed of veterinary fees before we committed which was helpful, as we are pensioners. Finally, there was free parking close to the surgery and tea and coffee were available.

Totally and utterly disgusted, booked 2 female cats t9 be spayed on 6th Feb 26. Took them at 8am this morning as instructed after no food since yesterday. Got there and was told no appointment booked. Turns out the staff member who took my call on 6th February (call listened to by Adam); didn't actually make the booking as they were leaving that day. He stated she did it cause trouble. Wow. Wonder why anyone would use this excuse. Stated her name was Georgia. Funnily enough I have spoken to a Georgia to ask for a a settled invoice...requested at 3 times. Since The Vet charges to The Pet Vet there has been at least 3 issues. Moved to a practice that is happy tocare

I took my poorly kitten who wasn’t feeling well. The vet immediately said a scan was needed for £250 and that maybe later he would need surgery couple of thousands. When I said I don’t have that kind of money, they offered euthanasia for a 2-month-old kitten. In the end, they said they would give him painkillers and see what happens next. Of course, the kitten felt better. On the phone I was told one amount, but at reception I was asked for almost three times more. When I said that on the phone I was told a different amount, they just took the amount I mentioned — no sorry, no explanation, no receipt. Walking out the door, I knew I would never come back here again. I took my kitten to another vet, where it turned out he simply had constipation. The next day I received an SMS saying that I now owe them another mysterious amount. They sent a payment link again without any explanation at all where these sums are coming from. I do not recommend this vet.

I have been witn this practice since day one. The new fit out means staff hide away My 2 kittens were neutered. The vet nurse was amazing. However these new people ... Ignored Chaos Im general the practice never have the same vets.

Been with this Pet Vet for a while now since moving from London, couldn’t think of a better and more capable place to have my dog signed up to. With a swift and successful neuter with no complications, checkups, affordable pricing and great payment plans, whenever we visit we know our dog will be sorted, plus the always help with product recommendations for everything you may think of. Would recommend it to anyone.
