I took my poorly kitten who wasn’t feeling well. The vet immediately said a scan was needed for £250 and that maybe later he would need surgery couple of thousands. When I said I don’t have that kind of money, they offered euthanasia for a 2-month-old kitten. In the end, they said they would give him painkillers and see what happens next. Of course, the kitten felt better. On the phone I was told one amount, but at reception I was asked for almost three times more. When I said that on the phone I was told a different amount, they just took the amount I mentioned — no sorry, no explanation, no receipt. Walking out the door, I knew I would never come back here again. I took my kitten to another vet, where it turned out he simply had constipation. The next day I received an SMS saying that I now owe them another mysterious amount. They sent a payment link again without any explanation at all where these sums are coming from. I do not recommend this vet.

Been with this Pet Vet for a while now since moving from London, couldn’t think of a better and more capable place to have my dog signed up to. With a swift and successful neuter with no complications, checkups, affordable pricing and great payment plans, whenever we visit we know our dog will be sorted, plus the always help with product recommendations for everything you may think of. Would recommend it to anyone.

I find The Pet Vet Warrington to be a really friendly and helpful. It has a lovely calm feel to it and each pet/vet interaction has been excellent. I have a cat that’s all legs and claws whenever I need to give her medication, but that doesn’t tend to happen on my vet visits. Each vet I’ve seen has had a really lovely way of dealing with her. I’d be more than happy to recommend them. My cat had surgery on her eyes in April and needed excess skin/fur removing to stop her eyes being irritated. The work they did was amazing they made sure that her eyes were left even and balanced. I was extremely pleased with the results.

I brought Kelso in for his booster last Saturday morning. Javier (the vet) was brilliant, as he always is with my 3 spanish rescue dogs! The receptionist was lovely and didn't mind Kelso squeaking his stuffed reward in reception for a few minutes 😂

Amazing care for my animals! Last year while I was heavily pregnant, my cat got into an accident. I didn't realise the insurance had lapsed, however they did everything they could with the money I had at the time to help her. They then offered aftercare and advice whenever I needed it. Couldn't reccomend the company more! Outstanding customer support and one of the only vets I have been to where I feel they truly care about the animals they treat!
